The benefits presented from temporary hiring can also bene seen in the latest industry statistics and research "The number of temporary employees in the UK increased by 3.0% on a seasonally adjusted basis to a total of approximately 1.46 million for the three-month period from May 2020 through July 2020 when compared to the same period a year ago, according to the Office for National Statistics"(1).
Growth has also been seen across both temporary and permanent hiring together, "A further recovery in hiring activity was seen during September, according to the latest KPMG and REC, UK Report on Jobs survey, with both permanent placements and temp billings rising at steeper rates"(1).
