We present our short-list of candidates and the interview agenda. Remember that we insist on meeting all provisionally short-listed candidates in person to ensure a perfect fit.

We manage the feedback process between your organisation and the interviewed candidates. We accurately ascertain how confident candidates feel after the interview process.

8. NEGOTIATING ON CLIENTS’ BEHALF

We offer and negotiate the appointment with the successful candidate(s) allowing you to focus on their starting date and the beginning of their career at your organisation.
