HOW IT WORKS
We are totally immersed in the local job market and have substantial networks with local businesses. Through drawing upon these longstanding connections to local employers and hiring managers, we are able to proactively approach organisations on your behalf to discuss and promote your unique strengths and skill-sets. Matching your skills, experience and personality to local employers, we aim to provide you with the most suitable interview opportunities for the most rewarding positions.
Based on our discussions, we will create your personal profile highlighting your achievements, skills and other factors including personality. This profile can then be used to supplement your CV when presenting you as a candidate. Once we have a suitable opportunity, we will contact you to discuss it in detail. We will have already met with the prospective employer on site and will have all the details to provide you with a thorough briefing. This information will include a full job description, an overview of the package on offer as well as first-hand knowledge of their company ethos, team structure and personality fit.

Keep in regular contact with you - at least weekly, if not more often. Let us know the best time for us to call; although you cannot always be on hand to answer our calls, we ask you to call us back at your first opportunity.
Offer tips to enhance your CV and hints on interview techniques - we want to give you the best possible chance of success.
Inform you of where your details have been presented - we ask that you do the same for us, so that we do not duplicate your applications and thus appear unprofessional.
Take responsibility for feedback after interviews - we will present your thoughts to the employer and also provide you with constructive feedback to improve your interview performance and ultimately help to secure your next job.
Negotiate on your behalf and guide you through the offer and acceptance stages - handing in your notice can be daunting but we are here to provide advice and work in partnership with you.
Provide aftercare - within the first two weeks of your new job, we will meet with you and your new manager to check that everything is going well and that both parties' expectations have been met, in order to cement a successful working relationship.
Reward recommendations - if you are pleased with the service we have provided, please recommend us to friends or family members who are looking for their next career move; we will give you £100 of high street vouchers for any referral that we successfully place (T&Cs apply).
