In his previous role, he would over 50 calls a day setting individuals up for payment plans, taking payments, putting holds on accounts and supporting vulnerable clients. Jake puts in time to grow his knowledge outside and inside of work.

Chloe currently works for a kitchen design company as a business development executive. She makes between 60-70 calls from which she provides quotations. She brings in roughly £2000 per month for the company while working in a team of 8/9 people. She also upsells additional products and works to long timeline sales plans.

CATHERINE - COMPLAINTS HANDLER

Catherine has over 6 years of experience working with complaints. She could often deal with up to 50 complaints a day. She is used to working to tight deadlines, having 2 hours to respond to a customer email, 24 hours to action a standard complaint and 48 hours to resolve a more complex complaint.

GERALD - TELESALES

Gerald has a wealth of telesales experience having worked within car sales, banking and insurance industries. He has worked well in sales-focussed and targeted environments. He has also worked well within regulated guidelines. Gerald is degree educated, an excellent communicator and he is available immediately.

In his previous role, Alexis was in charge of business development and he was targeted on £1.5 million but exceeded this by bringing in £1.8 million. Alexsis has secured new business through cold calling, following up prospects and offering an in-depth, consultative approach.

Justin has worked as a key account administrator, managing his own dedicated accounts where he cross-sold and up-sold products. He has performed extremely strongly against sales targets which he attributes to methodically managing his CRM system, organising his administration for quotations and building long lasting relationships.

KATY - ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

Katy currently works at a major logistics firm. She currently has 1,400 accounts under her which she manages day-to-day and would easily receive 150 emails a day with different queries. Katy handles over 200 invoices a day with a range of pricing of her clients. She has to manage her time effectively and works efficiently to ensure key priorities are achieved.

KULJEET - HR ADMINISTRATOR

Available immediately, Kuljeet is looking to move into HR, and is self-funding her CIPD Level 3, which is due to finish shortly. She has had exposure to HR in her previous roles, and now wants to pursue this fully as a career. In her previous role, she processed various HR administration tasks and also  handled customer meet & greet and client contact.

Charlotte is an effective problem-solver who likes working with a team around her where she can take responsibility. She currently manages 3 engineers ensuring all compliance is adhered to. She is on a 9 weeks notice period, but feels she may be able to negotiate this down.
